Invitation for sealed bids

Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible and interested dealer/supplier/manufacturer to supply and delivery of brand-new vehicles for the following:

| 1 | Double Cab Pickup: Import, supply, and delivery on customs duty exemption basis. | 1 unit | Purchaser will provide customs duty exemption permit. |
| 2 | Off-road motorcycles: Supply, and delivery from local markets by interested dealers/suppliers. | 3 units | Dealer/supplier shall be responsible for applicable customs duty, VAT, and other taxes levied government till ownership transfer. |
| 3 | Motorcycles: Supply, and delivery from local markets by interested dealers/suppliers. | 4 units | |
| 4 | Scooter: Supply, and delivery from local markets by interested dealers/suppliers. | 1 unit |
The standard bidding document can be downloaded from https://notice.helvetasnepal.org OR https://www.helvetas.org/en/nepal/who-we-are/follow-us/public-announcements and the interested bidders should submit their sealed bid latest by 10 October 2023 before 2PM in the following address. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders who choose to attend on 10 October 2023 at 2:30PM.
