Date of pre-bid meeting (online): 20 May 2025 at 3PM. Interested potential bidders can contact [email protected] on or before 1PM by 20 May 2025 to participate in the meeting.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office address within the deadline mentioned in the bidding document.
The last date for submission of sealed bids is 30 May 2025, latest by 12PM.
The bids will be opened on 30 May 2025 at 1PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Bid security should accompany the sealed bid as specified in the bidding document.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever. -
Helvetas Nepal invites proposals from committed, experienced, and dynamic evaluators/consultants to undertake an assignment under the SheLeads Project, supported by the Ursula Zindel Hilti Foundation.

TRAC4Change / Helvetas Nepal, aims to provide technical assistance to UNESCO Afghanistan for the construction of Jam trail bridge over the Hari River in Afghanistan. The Safer Migration (SaMi) Programme Phase IV (2024–2028) is a bilateral initiative of the Governments of Nepal and Switzerland. The programme aims to consolidate over a decade of partnership in safer migration, institutionalize migration-related services, and strengthen the capacities of federal, provincial, and local governments for effective management, financing, and quality assurance of all programme components. Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the programme on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

The Safer Migration (SaMi) Programme Phase IV (2024-2028) is a bilateral initiative of the governments of Nepal and Switzerland designed to support the consolidation of the 12 years of partnership in safer migration, the institutionalization of safer migration related services as well as the strengthening of the capacities of the three levels of government to effectively take over the complete management, financing and quality assurance of all the programme components. Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the programme on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
SaMi provides technical assistance to NAVT for the institutionalization of skill training for potential migrant workers.

ENSSURE, a bilateral initiative of the Governments of Nepal and Switzerland, supports Nepalese youths, women, and men, to gain social and economic benefits from a federalized TVET system. To the end, the project has been supporting 3 spheres of government to deliver TVET functions as per their constitutional mandate. The project is being implemented by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) at the federal level, by the Ministry of Social Development at the provincial level, and by municipalities within these provinces at the local level with technical support from HELVETAS Nepal.

The Reintegration of Returnee Migrant Workers (ReMi) project, is a bilateral initiative of the Governments of Nepal and Switzerland, with technical assistance provided by Helvetas Nepal.
As requested by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, the ReMi project is supporting the development of a comprehensive digitalization blueprint for the Ministry. This includes creating a detailed vision for the Nepal Labour Market Information System, with phased implementation plans and software requirement specifications for prioritized components. -

Skills and Reconstruction Project (SRP) having an overall goal of "the programme is to contribute to the reconstruction ensuring gender sensitivity and social inclusion in the delivery, leaving no-one behind" is a Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC project implemented by Helvetas Nepal. This project will contribute to achieving two outputs of reconstruction of damaged public infrastructure such as schools and health posts, and a total of 500 masons (20% women; 50% DAGs) trained in earthquake (EQ) resilient construction practices from the most affected area in Karnali Province.
